New power supply arrived yesterday. With base load (no Annunciators on), voltage was 5.2.

Ran Annunciator Check software. All lights on (32), voltage was 4.8 at 5.7 amps.

Getting voltage drop along the cables from power supply even though I put four cables together. At this load, I checked an unconnected cable and voltage was 5.1. Tonight, plan to isolate power for the Annunciator panel (bypassing the Power Distribution Board). This will shift this load off the Power Distribution Board (which is supplying the CPU stack).
