If ((startup or aux) and NOT FAULT) or (diesel run and breaker). So you have electrical power if either Startup or Aux transformers and no FAULT (loss of offsite power) OR diesel gen run and breaker

A big fault will be Loss of Off-Site Power. When this happens, all pumps stop. I’ll probably make all valves close. You will have to start the diesel quickly (and close the breaker) before Rx trips. Unlike real plants, my diesel will run everything in the plant (RCPs / MFP / Circ Water Pump, etc).
